William Smallman

William oversees the building projects by consulting with clients about their building needs and helping navigate them through the process of everything from zoning to planning. William has spent 20 years in the real estate/construction business. His construction company, The Magness Group, has been heavily involved in infill construction. He lives in the 12th S Neighborhood with his daughter and son.
